This is a really well done, detailed video about how Cuba transformed it's agricultural sector--and other sectors of its economy--after the Soviet Union collapsed and their oil and has subsidies ended. Now Cuba, and Havana in particular, are examples of how an agricultural sector can be transformed from oil intensive to organic (technically "agroecology" with heavy permaculture influence) while creating jobs, greening transportation, proliferating public space and commons thru a mix of public sector and small scale markets.
